Responsibilities:

  • Ensure that design documents comply with the project's specifications.

  • Design Revit Model for Firefighting and Plumbing Systems for Residential Projects.

  • Create detailed plumbing & firefighting designs and specifications for water supply, drainage, and waste systems.

  • Ensure all designs comply with local, state, and national plumbing & firefighting codes and regulations.

  • Work closely with architects, civil engineers, and other stakeholders to integrate plumbing systems into overall building designs.

  • Perform hydraulic calculations to determine flow rates, pipe sizing, and system pressure requirements.

  • Prepare and maintain accurate design documentation, including drawings, specifications, and reports.

  • Provide on-site support during installation, addressing any design-related issues that arise.

  • Implement energy-efficient and sustainable plumbing & firefighting practices and technologies.

  • Conduct quality assessments of plumbing & firefighting installations to ensure they meet design standards and performance requirements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering.

  • Minimum 6 Years of Experience.

  • Proficiency in CAD software and other design tools, BIM tools and Revit is a must.

  • Very good communication skills.

  • Good command of English Language Speaking and Writing.
