Talent360 is hiring for one of our clients' FF&E Designer to take ownership of FF&E packages, sourcing, specifications, and coordination across multiple projects.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the selection and specification of furniture, finishes, fabrics, lighting, and accessories.
- Prepare complete FF&E schedules, cost estimates, and material boards.
- Communicate and negotiate with suppliers, manufacturers, and contractors.
- Develop presentations and collaborate with the design team on project concepts.
- Ensure all selections meet project budgets, timelines, and design intent.
- Guide junior designers and review their work.
- Participate in site visits to oversee installation and quality.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
- 2–4+ years of experience specifically in FF&E.
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, Excel, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Deep knowledge of furniture, materials, finishes, fabrics, and accessories.
- Strong vendor network and sourcing skills.
- Excellent communication, organization, and project management abilities.
- High creativity, taste level, and attention to detail.
