Job Summary:

The FF&E/ Sales Engineer will bridge the gap between technical expertise and sales acumen, playing a key role in client engagement, project execution, and after-sales support. The candidate will be responsible for understanding product intricacies, communicating value propositions to potential clients, and ensuring seamless project completion.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Client Engagement & Sales Execution:

  2. Conduct site visits to understand client technical requirements and offer tailored solutions.

  3. Prepare and present compelling proposals, incorporating technical specifications and cost estimates.
  4. Maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term collaboration.

  5. Negotiate and finalize contracts, overseeing all product-related payments.

  6. Technical Design & Project Management:

  7. Develop innovative proposals aligned with client needs and industry standards.

  8. Create and revise detailed FF&E specifications, including material selection and product sourcing.
  9. Produce mood boards and 3D visualizations to support project presentations.
  10. Ensure that design concepts align with budget constraints and practical feasibility.

  11. Collaborate with technical and production teams to ensure smooth execution of projects.

  12. Documentation & Coordination:

  13. Prepare detailed technical documentation, including CAD drawings and site development plans.

  14. Ensure accurate documentation of all project specifications and material selections.

  15. Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and furniture.

  16. Installation & After-Sales Support:

  17. Supervise project installation, ensuring adherence to design specifications and quality standards.

  18. Conduct post-installation inspections and address any client concerns or technical issues.
  19. Provide proactive after-sales support to ensure continued customer satisfaction.

Job Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years in sales or technical roles related to FF&E, furniture design, or interior architecture.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in CAD software, 3D rendering tools, and other design applications.
  • Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of FF&E products, materials, and manufacturing processes.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and client management abilities.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to provide innovative and functional design solutions.
  • Multitasking: Capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
