Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Import Specialist located in Alexandria, Egypt. The Import Specialist will be responsible for managing and overseeing the importation and exportation of goods, ensuring compliance with international trade regulations, and maintaining accurate documentation. The role includes coordinating with internal departments, vendors, and clients to ensure timely shipment, addressing customer inquiries, and resolving any issues related to the import/export process.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Import, Export, and Import-Export processes
  • Knowledge and experience with International Trade regulations and practices
  • Strong Customer Service skills to address inquiries and resolve issues effectively
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills for handling documentation and coordination
  • Ability to work effectively within a team and collaborate with various stakeholders
  • Proficiency in relevant software tools and systems used for import/export operations
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, International Trade, or a related field
