Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Cairo, Egypt, for a Senior Human Resources Generalist. The individual will oversee HR processes, ensure compliance with HR policies, manage employee benefits, and administer benefits programs. Core responsibilities include implementing HR strategies, supporting recruitment efforts, fostering employee engagement, and maintaining accurate HR records. This role also involves collaborating with management to address employee relations and organizational needs.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or a related field.
  • HR Diploma Holder is a Must
  • Proficiency in Human Resources (HR) operations, including recruitment and employee relations.
  • Experience in HR Management and designing strategic HR practices.
  • Knowledge of HR Policies and regulatory compliance requirements.
  • Competency in Employee Benefits and Benefits Administration processes.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
