Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Cairo for an English Account (Chat & Calls) at Etisal International. The role involves handling customer inquiries, providing effective solutions through chat and calls, and delivering exceptional customer service. Responsibilities include communicating with clients in English, addressing and resolving their concerns, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring satisfaction during every interaction. The role may also require collaboration with team members and participating in training to enhance service delivery.

Qualifications

  • Strong English communication skills, including verbal and written communication
  • Proficiency in handling customer service interactions and providing excellent support
  • Experience in translation, with the ability to interpret and convey information accurately
  • Background or skills in English teaching and training are highly advantageous
  • Problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a collaborative team environment
  • Prior experience in a customer-focused role is preferred
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic on-site environment
