Manager - Affordability Programs

Job Scope
The Manager - Affordability Programs is accountable for developing and executing consumer finance programs that increase Apple product accessibility and sales. The role negotiates with financial partners, ensures program quality within Apple standards, and aligns affordability initiatives with commercial objectives across all channels.

Main Duties And Responsibilities

  • Develop affordability programs for the markets to support all of Apple's products across the consumer markets.
  • Identify and structure propositions allowing channel partners to use and run these regularly and drive demand for Apple products across the country;
  • Ensure that the quality of the programs are executed within Apple standards and guidelines;
  • Benchmark industry standard methodologies and propose new initiatives and partnerships that help stimulate sales;
  • Monitor the ROI and success of affordability programs across all routes to market;
  • Drive collaboration with banks, financial institutions, and payment partners to structure and optimize financing offers;
  • Lead financial negotiations and program design to ensure affordability schemes are commercially viable and aligned with Apple's channel and retail objectives;
  • Work closely with sales, finance, and marketing teams to ensure proper integration of financing offers into pricing, campaigns, and retail enablement

Position Requirements

  • Broad experience of a channel driven sales organisations.
  • A strong understanding of the Apple brand and its products.
  • Outstanding attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills.
  • Exposure to reward, dedication and co-brand products in a bank preferred.
  • Expertise in eCommerce and digital lending preferred.
  • Experience in carrier affordability propositions preferred.

Education
Bachelor's degree in Business or any other related field

At least 7 years of relevant experience
