Job Summary

The Sales Promoter will be responsible for promoting financial products, engaging directly with customers, and supporting them through the application and contract process. This is a
field-based role
, ideal for energetic, people-oriented individuals who are passionate about communication, sales, and helping customers make informed financial decisions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers at branches to promote financial products.
  • Explain product details clearly and effectively, particularly to first-time banking customers.
  • Meet daily and monthly sales targets through proactive engagement and deal closure.
  • Assist customers in completing contracts accurately and in compliance with company policies.
  • Address customer inquiries, resolve simple issues, and escalate complex cases when needed.
  • Report daily sales activities, results, and customer feedback to supervisors.
  • Maintain a professional, punctual, and approachable demeanor at all times.
  • Collaborate with teammates to achieve overall sales goals and ensure customer satisfaction.

Minimum Requirements

  • Education:
    Bachelor's degree in any field.
  • Experience:
    0–2 years of experience; prior exposure to sales or customer service is preferred.
  • Soft Skills:
    Customer focus, sales orientation, strong communication and persuasion skills, professionalism, reliability, adaptability (for field work), and teamwork.
  • Technical Skills:
    Basic sales techniques and a general understanding of consumer finance services.
  • Computer Skills:
    Good command of Microsoft Office applications.
  • Language Skills:
    Good proficiency in English (spoken and written).
  • Abilities:
    Friendly and confident personality, ability to engage with diverse customers, and motivation to achieve and exceed targets.
