Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Regional Sales Manager, located in Alexandria, Egypt. The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for planning, managing, and executing sales strategies within the assigned region. Key responsibilities include managing a sales team, identifying new market opportunities, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets. Additionally, the role involves coordinating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and staying updated on industry trends.
Qualifications
- Strong sales and business development skills, with a proven ability to achieve and exceed targets
- Experience in managing and mentoring sales teams effectively
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Strategic planning and analytical thinking capabilities to develop and execute effective sales strategies
- Familiarity with market dynamics, trends, and competition within the cookware or FMCG industry
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
- Fluency in Arabic and English (written and spoken)
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field; an advanced degree is a plus
- Willingness to travel within the assigned region
- Previous experience in the cookware or related industry is highly advantageous
