Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree of Pharmaceutical or Veterinary.
  • Must be a resident of Alexandria, Egypt.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales field.
  • +2 years of experience as District Manager.
  • Very good command of English and Computer skills.
  • Problem solving skills.
  • Active, persuasive and has leadership skills.
  • Persistence and able to plan and organize activities and resources.
  • Good communication and negotiation skills.
  • Can build Effective Teams
  • Multinational experience is a preferable.

Responsibilities

  • Managing the sales activities of the assigned region to ensure maximum market penetration.
  • Leading a team of Sales Reps who will be dedicated to meeting or exceeding sales objectives and enhancing the stature of Pharmaceuticals.
  • Train, coach, and motivate sales force to perform effectively the duties and responsibilities.
  • Effectively coach to improve medical Representative performance develops and leverages professional relationships with KOLs and key customers Leverages relationships with internal business partners (e.g. Sales, Marketing, Finance, SFE Manager, Training) to support regional business Collaborates with the marketing team to share market/competitive intelligence and to develop innovative strategies that drive district sales.
  • Regularly tracks sales performance against plan, identifies market changes and redirects efforts as appropriate Clearly and consistently conveys sales expectations as agreed with Management; Product, Portfolio, Promotional Goals; Incentive Plan Structure; and available resources to drive business and achieve sales goals.
  • Keep management updated about any wrong doing & unethical behavior of sales & marketing team members & take necessary action within the company policy & as per labor .
  • Building and sustaining solid relationships with both existing and potential customers.
  • Providing regular feedback to the regional sales manager on company marketing and product development needs as well as pricing recommendations.
  • Searching and monitoring market trends, competitors' sales activities, and consumer needs.
  • Completing sales reports and submitting them to upper management for review.
