for a
very well-known company located in New Cairo

Job Tasks, Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Install, configure, and maintain PCs, printers, and peripheral devices.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and network systems.
  • Provide user support and guidance for technical challenges or system usage.
  • Perform regular system maintenance and updates to ensure optimal performance.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation for procedures and configurations.
  • Collaborate closely with the IT team to maintain smooth system operations.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to higher-level support when necessary.
  • Ensure timely response to service requests and maintain high levels of user satisfaction.

Job Qualifications:


Education:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or any related field.


Experience:
3 years of experience.


Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of hardware installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
  • Good understanding of operating systems (Windows or equivalent) and basic networking.
  • Proficiency in software installation and system configuration.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and documentation abilities.
  • Team-oriented with good collaboration and time-management skills.
