Job Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in **
Mechanical Engineering**, **Industrial Engineering*

* **1–3 years of experience** in production planning (preferably in wood or metal manufacturing).

* Strong proficiency in **Microsoft Office (Excel is a must)**.

* Good command of **English** (written & spoken).

* Experience using **ERP systems** (preferred).

* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

* Ability to calculate **machine operating times** and support optimization of production workflows.

*Finalized military status** (for male candidates).


** Job Responsibilities:**

* Prepare and update daily/weekly production plans for wood and metal manufacturing.

* Plan, schedule, and control production orders based on **MRP** and material availability.

* Coordinate with Production, Warehouse, Procurement, and Quality to ensure smooth workflow.

* Monitor production performance (downtime, productivity, output accuracy) and recommend improvements.

* Review material requirements and update planning data through the **ERP system**.

* Follow up on inventory levels, reduce excess stock, and ensure timely material readiness.

* Support cost planning and provide accurate time & material estimates.

* Work closely with Sales & Production teams to ensure **on-time delivery** and customer satisfaction.
