Job Objective

The IT Systems Engineer supports the design, installation, administration, and ongoing maintenance of the Grifols Egypt IT infrastructure platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensures IT quality, legal, and regulatory compliance
  • Develops and documents IT policies, procedures, and tools.
  • Improves level of expertise in technical and professional skills
  • Communicates task status and challenges
  • Administration of technology platforms
  • Advises in the continuous enhancement of systems and services
  • Works directly with users/owners of assigned systems
  • Gathers feedback on systems performance
  • Educates partners in IT best practices
  • Mentors peers and junior staff
  • Assesses emerging technologies and contributes to planning adoption
  • Leads user education and IT staff training programs
  • Advises IT teams on IT solution design and implementation
  • Builds business cases for IT projects
  • Collaborates with cross-functional teams and IT management

Academic Experience

Bachelor's Degree + Certifications like MCSA, MCSE, CCNA, or CCNP.

Professional Experience

  • Infrastructure support and/or implementation.
  • Server operating systems.
  • Database systems.
  • Systems architecture and Project management.
  • Root cause analysis and troubleshooting.
