Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Giza for a Client Relations Specialist. The individual will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their inquiries and concerns are addressed promptly and professionally. Daily tasks include building and maintaining strong client relationships, delivering exceptional customer service, and liaising between clients and relevant departments to meet their needs effectively. The role also involves providing timely and constructive solutions to enhance customer satisfaction and working collaboratively to support client-focused initiatives.

  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build meaningful relationships with clients
  • Proficiency in client relations and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Exceptional communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members
  • Customer support experience and an ability to manage inquiries efficiently
  • Problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role is a plus
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and tools is preferred
