We are seeking a highly organized and dynamic professional to join our team as a Client Relations & Operations Manager. Operations Management
In this role, you will oversee daily operations to ensure smooth workflows, efficient processes, and consistent delivery of high-quality outcomes. You will monitor performance, identify areas for improvement, and coordinate across teams to maintain productivity and compliance with company standards.
Client Relationship Management
You will serve as a primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication, timely support, and a high level of satisfaction. Your responsibilities include managing onboarding, addressing inquiries or escalations, and strengthening long-term relationships through proactive engagement. You will also manage complex client-related issues and work closely with internal teams to ensure timely and effective solutions.
Administrative Management
You will manage essential administrative functions, including documentation, office coordination, and organizational support. This involves maintaining accurate records, streamlining workflows, and ensuring strong internal communication to keep the office running efficiently.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations, Management, or a related field.
• 10 to 15 years of experience in operations, client relations, administration, or similar multifunctional roles.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage complex client issues professionally and effectively.
• High level of organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to take initiative and drive improvements.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and experience with CRM or project management tools is a plus.
• Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and confidentiality.
• Ability to travel frequently to meet clients, support operations, or attend business requirements as needed.
