Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and grow sales across
    HORECA (Hotels, Restaurants, Cafes)
    and
    corporate clients
    .
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, distributors, and business partners.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet targets and expand market share.
  • Identify new business opportunities and manage the entire sales cycle.
  • Collaborate with marketing and production teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to guide sales strategies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 5+ years' experience
    in
    HORECA or B2B sales
    , preferably in
    tableware, kitchenware, or hospitality supplies
    .
  • Proven track record in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to manage a sales team and drive performance.
