Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Hotel Manager position, located in Cairo. The Hotel Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of the hotel operations, including overseeing budgeting, training staff, managing food and beverage services, and driving sales and marketing initiatives. The Hotel Director will work closely with department heads to ensure the hotel operates efficiently and effectively, maintaining a high standard of guest satisfaction and operational performance.

Qualifications

  • At least five years experience as a hotel manager at present
  • Experience in Budgeting and managing financial resources
  • Sales and Marketing skills with a strong understanding of market trends
  • Proven ability to train and develop staff
  • Food & Beverage management skills
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry is preferred
