Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Cairo for the General Manager's Office Director. The Director will oversee administrative activities for the General Manager's office, including managing schedules, coordinating communication, and ensuring operational efficiency. Key responsibilities include organizing internal and external meetings, preparing reports, monitoring action plans, and supporting strategic projects as needed. The role requires close collaboration with department heads and involves acting as a point of contact for high-level inquiries and stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational skills, time management, and task prioritization abilities.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in office tools, such as Microsoft Office Suite, and familiarity with administrative software.
- Analytical abilities to review, synthesize, and report on operational or strategic data as needed.
- Experience in project management and proven skills in overseeing workflows and deadlines.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Fluency in English and French is highly advantageous; additional languages are a plus.
- Relevant experience in a similar executive or administrative role within the travel or tourism industry is preferred.
