• Key Responsibilities:

◦ Lead and mentor a team of AI/ML engineers and data scientists.

◦ Oversee the end-to-end delivery of AI projects, ensuring timely and quality outcomes.

◦ Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment.

◦ Design and implement AI/ML models, including Large Language Models (LLMs).

◦ Manage data processing pipelines and ensure data quality and integrity.

◦ Work with the pre-sales team to understand client requirements.

◦ Develop and present POCs to demonstrate the feasibility and value of AI solutions.

◦ Contribute to the creation of technical proposals and documentation.

◦ Deploy and manage AI solutions on cloud platforms, with a preference for Azure.

◦ Ensure scalability, security, and performance of AI applications in the cloud environment.


• Required Skills and Qualifications:

◦ Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.

◦ Strong understanding of AI & ML concepts, including LLMs.

◦ Strong understanding of MLOps & LLMOps concepts.

◦ Experience with data processing tools and techniques.

◦ Proficiency in Python and experience with AI/ML frameworks

◦ Excellent communication skills to articulate complex ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

◦ Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.

◦ Familiarity with cloud platforms

◦ Experience with Azure AI services, such as Azure Machine Learning and Azure Cognitive Services is a plus
