About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented
Junior Sales Analyst
to join our team. In this role, you will support the sales department by collecting, analyzing, and reporting sales data to help drive business decisions and improve performance. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career professional who is passionate about data and sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect, organize, and analyze sales data from various sources.
  • Prepare regular reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Support the sales team with insights and data-driven recommendations.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement within the sales cycle.
  • Collaborate with marketing, finance, and operations teams to align data insights with business goals.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Good communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic understanding of sales principles and data analytics.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
  • Internship or 1 year of experience in sales analysis or related field.
