KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

AIX installation , administration, maintenance and all the required upgrading.

Monitor all products over AIX platform.

Configuring and adding any new hardware or any type of peripherals to your system and monitor their working status.

Monitoring the system performance during peak hours and suggest and recommend upgrading if bottlenecks occurs.

Storage management and monitoring the resources' usage periodically

The most important, backing up the overall AIX Systems and the ability to restore if required

Supporting a secure environment and capable of meeting security policies & procedures and known standards.

Develop service software components over AIX Platform

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS

Qualifications and Experience:

B.Sc of Engineering, Computer Science or BA of accounting.

Good command of English and Arabic Spoken and Written.

5+ years of relevant professional work experience.

Adequate knowledge of the IT services, technology and organization.

Have demonstrated experience and proficiency in managing and maintaining AIX environment

Strong in troubleshooting Hardware and Operating system related issue.

Skills:

Excellent command of English and Arabic languages (written and spoken)

Excellent leadership, decision making and negotiation skills

Excellent communication skills

Excellent planning and organizing skills

Excellent Business Acumen of external market and up-to date market trends and practices.
