The Opportunity:
As the Admin & Event Coordinator, Saudi Arabia & UAE you will be reporting directly to the Associate, Office & Facilities, Saudi Arabia & UAE and be responsible for effective event planning, logistics and organizing processes in both Saudi & UAE with responsibility of and not limited to event creation steps, approvals on system and ensuring compliance of documentations in addition to some office related tasks.
This opportunity is based in Cairo, Egypt and working within the Operations and Administration function.

Key Activities for this role:
Handling Event creation end-end process.
Adhere to Astellas policies and procedures for Event creation relating to Ethics and Compliance standards.
Arrangement of Internal and External meetings (Ex. Launches, Cycle meetings, etc…).
SCEB and DCT approvals if needed.
Coordinate with Insurance Providers: Act as a liaison between the organization and insurance providers to manage policies, negotiate terms, and ensure timely processing of employee benefits.
Oversee facility contracts (lease & utilities).
Assist with invoice processing, purchase orders, and vendor payments.
Coordinate company events, meetings, and conferences.
Essential Knowledge & Experience:
Proven experience in a similar role ideally with a global organization.
Fluent in English/Arabic - written and orally.
Extensive user knowledge of MS Office package (Excel, Power Point, Outlook).
Able to work with deadlines, big scope of tasks and information.
High standard of presentation and communication skills.
Well-developed planning and coordination skills.
Preferred Knowledge & Experience:
Able to take ownership with pro-active attitude.
Ability to influence and work effectively within a matrix and multi-cultural environment.
Education:
Education to University level or equivalent.
Additional information:
This is a permanent, full time position.
This position is based in Cairo, Egypt and will require online work supporting KSA &UAE.
Candidates should be based in Egypt
This position follows our hybrid working model. Role is blend of work from home and a minimum 4 days in Cairo office per week. Flexibility may be required in line with business need. Candidates must be located within a commutable distance of the office.
