Job Purpose:

To generate qualified leads, manage client relationships, and close property sales in alignment with company targets and strategic objectives. The agent acts as a trusted advisor, guiding clients through the full sales cycle while upholding brand standards and ensuring superior client experience.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Sales & Client Acquisition

Prospect and qualify potential buyers, investors, and tenants through digital, referral, and field channels.

Conduct property presentations, site visits, and client meetings to convert leads into confirmed deals.

Maintain a strong pipeline through proactive lead follow-up and consistent CRM updates.

  1. Client Relationship Management

Build and sustain long-term client relationships through professional communication and personalized service.

Provide tailored property solutions based on client preferences, investment goals, and market conditions.

Handle negotiations, objections, and contract finalization with professionalism and accuracy.

  1. Market Intelligence & Research

Monitor market trends, competitor offerings, and project launches to maintain an updated understanding of real estate dynamics.

Prepare market analysis reports and contribute insights for pricing, promotions, and positioning strategies.

  1. Operational & Reporting Tasks

Record all activities, interactions, and sales updates on CRM and sales reports.

Coordinate with marketing, admin, and finance teams to ensure smooth transaction flow.

Participate in weekly sales meetings, target reviews, and training sessions.

  1. Brand Representation

Represent the company at exhibitions, open houses, and networking events to promote listings and brand awareness.

Ensure all interactions reflect the company's image, ethics, and client-first approach.


Daily Responsibilities:

Review new leads and prioritize daily follow-ups.

Schedule and conduct property viewings or virtual tours.

Update CRM system with lead status, client notes, and activity logs.

Communicate daily with clients, developers, and internal teams.

Prepare sales proposals, offers, and deal summaries for management approval.

Attend daily sales meetings and performance briefings.

Track closing progress, document signed agreements, and ensure payment coordination.

Monitor personal KPI targets (leads, calls, viewings, conversions).


Performance Metrics (KPIs):

Monthly sales target achievement (%).

Lead-to-closing conversion ratio.

Client satisfaction and retention rate.

CRM data accuracy and activity consistency.

Number of daily calls, meetings, and viewings.
