Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Real Estate Sales Agent located in New Cairo. The Real Estate Sales Agent will be responsible for showcasing and selling properties to potential clients, conducting market research, and providing top-notch customer service. Day-to-day tasks include meeting with clients, organizing property viewings, negotiating sale terms, and assisting clients with the paperwork process. The agent will strive to exceed client expectations and build long-term relationships.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Real Estate Sales, holding a valid Real Estate License
- Customer Service and Real Estate skills
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and on-site in New Cairo
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field is a plus
- Previous experience in the real estate industry is beneficial
