Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in New Cairo for a Real Estate Sales Agent with 0-6 months of experience. The role involves supporting clients in buying and selling properties by conducting property showings, generating leads, providing market insights, and building relationships with clients to meet their needs. The Real Estate Sales Agent will also ensure legal compliance through proper documentation, actively participate in sales negotiations, and maintain professional communication with clients to deliver exceptional service.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Real Estate Sales and general Real Estate knowledge
- Strong Customer Service and Sales skills
- A valid Real Estate License, or willingness to obtain one
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales goals
- Self-motivation and a client-focused approach
- Familiarity with New Cairo and the surrounding property market is an advantage
- Possession of a driver's license and access to reliable transportation is preferred
