Job Title: Market Access Specialist (Cairo)
Overview
The Market Access Specialist plays a crucial role in developing and executing strategies to ensure that the company's products are optimally accessible in the healthcare market. This position requires collaboration with various stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, payers, and regulatory authorities, to facilitate pricing and reimbursement processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Stakeholder Engagement: Establish and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare providers, payers, and government entities.
  • Data Analysis: Perform research and analyze market trends, competitor behaviors, and healthcare policies to guide market access strategies.
  • Reimbursement Submissions: Prepare and submit applications for reimbursement while ensuring compliance with local regulations and policies.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, Medical and regulatory colleagues to align market access initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in pharmaceutical science or Veterinary Medicine.
  • Experience: 1-3 years of experience in the pharmaceutical Market access field; a background in health economics is a plus.
  • Skills: Strong analytical capabilities, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to effectively manage multiple projects.
