Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Engineering Manager located in Alexandria. The Engineering Manager will be responsible for managing engineering projects, leading teams, overseeing software development, and ensuring successful project integration. This role involves day-to-day tasks such as coordinating technical activities, project planning, and execution, and ensuring alignment with organizational objectives. The Engineering Manager will also be responsible for mentoring team members and driving continuous improvement within the engineering processes.

  • Experience in Software Development
  • Project Management and Integration skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work on-site in Alexandria
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
  • Experience in the grain trading or marine services industry is a plus
