We are seeking a highly skilled individual to join our team, leveraging Artificial Intelligence (AI) voice generation software to produce high-quality Arabic voiceovers (VO). The ideal candidate will have a strong professional background in translation to ensure accuracy, cultural relevance, and linguistic nuance in the generated audio content. 

Responsibilities

  • The candidate will proficiently operate and manage AI voice synthesis platforms (TTS/Voice Cloning) to generate highly realistic, natural, and expressive Arabic voice-overs from provided text or scripts.
  • They will conduct critical listening and auditory review of the generated audio to ensure studio-quality fidelity, checking for artifacts, robotic inflections, or inconsistencies introduced by the AI.
  • The role involves applying audio editing techniques such as noise reduction, normalization, and equalization as needed to polish the final track.
  • The candidate must apply expertise to prepare source scripts (pre-editing) and edit AI-generated text output (post-editing) to ensure the accurate use of Arabic diacritics (Tashkeel) and correct script formatting, which is crucial for precise AI pronunciation.
  • A key responsibility is to specifically adapt translated scripts to align with visual timing and to facilitate natural-sounding AI delivery, often involving the embedding of SSML (Speech Synthesis Markup Language) tags or control parameters.
  • The candidate will determine and execute the appropriate Arabic dialect (Modern Standard Arabic or specific regional dialects) based on the project's target market for maximum audience engagement.
  • The role requires working closely with project managers, video editors, and content creators to seamlessly integrate the finished voice-overs into the final media product.
  • They are expected to maintain an organized workflow, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Required Skills & Experience

  • A minimum of 5-6 years of professional experience as a Translator is required, preferably specializing in media, marketing, or technical content, with a strong portfolio.
  • Native-level fluency in Arabic (Modern Standard Arabic is a must), with exceptional grammar, vocabulary, and cultural knowledge, is essential; proficiency in other dialects is a strong plus.
  • Demonstrated experience or a quick aptitude for using AI voiceover/text-to-speech (TTS) software and platforms (e.g., ElevenLabs) is necessary.
  • The ideal candidate must possess a meticulous approach to linguistic quality, audio fidelity, and script accuracy.
  • They must have the ability to quickly learn new software and adapt translation/editing techniques to suit the limitations and capabilities of AI generation tools.
  • Experience in audio editing or post-production and familiarity with various media types (e.g., e-learning, explainer videos) are a bonus.
