Position Overview

We are seeking a creative and technically skilled AI Specialist to join our team, focusing on the creation of cutting-edge AI-generated videos and images. The ideal candidate will combine artistic vision with technical expertise to produce high-quality visual content using the latest artificial intelligence tools and platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and produce AI-generated images and videos using platforms such as Midjourney, DALL-E, Stable Diffusion, Runway, and other emerging AI tools
  • Develop creative prompts and workflows to achieve specific visual styles and brand requirements
  • Collaborate with marketing, creative, and content teams to translate concepts into AI-generated visual assets
  • Stay current with rapidly evolving AI image and video generation technologies
  • Optimize AI generation workflows for efficiency, quality, and consistency
  • Maintain a library of successful prompts, techniques, and best practices
  • Ensure all AI-generated content aligns with brand guidelines and quality standards
  • Refine and edit AI outputs using traditional design software when necessary
  • Experiment with new AI tools and techniques to push creative boundaries

Required Qualifications

  • Proven experience creating content with AI image generation tools (Midjourney, DALL-E, Stable Diffusion, etc.)
  • Demonstrated portfolio of AI-generated images and/or videos
  • Strong understanding of prompt engineering and AI model capabilities
  • Creative eye for composition, color theory, and visual storytelling
  • Excellent communication skills to translate client needs into AI prompts
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Preferred Qualifications

  • Background in graphic design, photography, videography, or related visual arts
  • Experience with video editing software (Adobe Premiere, After Effects, etc.)
  • Familiarity with image editing tools (Photoshop, GIMP, etc.)
  • Understanding of AI ethics and responsible AI content creation
  • Knowledge of copyright and licensing considerations for AI-generated content
  • Experience with 3D modeling or animation tools

Technical Skills

  • Proficiency with AI generation platforms and APIs
  • Understanding of image formats, resolution, and optimization
  • Basic knowledge of machine learning concepts
  • Comfortable learning new technologies quickly
