We are hiring for one of our clients '
Senior Site Reliability Engineer

Location: Remotely

Responsibilities


• Manage, monitor, and maintain large-scale distributed systems in production environments.


• Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure-as-code frameworks (Terraform, Ansible, etc.).


• Implement observability tools and dashboards (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Datadog) to track performance and reliability metrics.


• Diagnose and resolve production incidents with a focus on root cause analysis and prevention.


• Collaborate closely with software engineering teams to enhance service reliability, capacity planning, and performance optimization.


• Design and enforce automated solutions for provisioning, scaling, and configuration management.


• Participate in on-call rotations, ensuring 24/7 service availability and rapid incident response.


• Develop and maintain runbooks, playbooks, and operational documentation.


• Drive adoption of DevOps culture and best practices across teams.


• Continuously improve deployment automation, monitoring, and incident management processes.

Qualifications


• Degree in computer science or engineering.


• Minimum of 4 years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering, DevOps, or related roles.


• Certificate: CKAD or CKA


• Hands-on experience with containerization and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes).


• Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, Bash, or Go).


• Solid understanding of networking, load balancing, and distributed systems.


• Experience with configuration management tools (Ansible, Chef, Puppet).


• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, or CircleCI).


• Knowledge of monitoring and alerting systems (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK).
