About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated
Software Sales Specialist
to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving new business opportunities, closing deals, and building long-term client relationships across diverse industries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new B2B sales opportunities for software products and digital solutions.
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demos to explain features and value propositions.
  • Understand client needs and work closely with the technical team to recommend tailored solutions.
  • Prepare sales proposals, quotations, and follow up until deal closure.
  • I want you to please maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and upselling.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Track and report sales activities through CRM tools.
  • Stay updated with market trends, competitors, and new technologies in the software industry.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience
    in software sales, SaaS sales, or IT solutions sales (preferred).
  • Strong understanding of software solutions, digital platforms, or IT services.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build strong client relationships and handle objections professionally.
  • Result-oriented personality with a proven track record in achieving sales targets.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Strong command of English (spoken and written).
