Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Sales Account Manager located in Cairo, Egypt. The Sales Account Manager will be responsible for customer satisfaction, account management, customer service, lead generation, and effective communication with clients to drive business growth and maintain strong relationships.

Qualifications


• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.


• 2+ years' experience in sales/business development, in Software Solutions(ERP,CRM)

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Business Applications is a plus


• Solid understanding of CRM systems and sales processes.


• Strong communication and presentation skills.

  • Account Management and Lead Generation skills
  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets and fostering client relationships
