Senior Brand Strategy Executive

YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Role Purpose:

Support the VP in building and executing Paragon's brand strategy, ensuring smooth coordination across projects, meetings, and initiatives — while leading light R&D efforts to keep the brand informed, innovative, and insight-driven.

Main Responsibilities:

1. Brand Strategy & Development

2. Support in shaping Paragon's brand positioning, messaging, and storytelling.

3. Develop and refine brand decks, briefs, and presentation materials.
4. Coordinate with local and international branding agencies on active projects.

5. Assist in the rollout of new brands and internal programs.

6. Research & Brand Intelligence (R&D)

7. Conduct ongoing research on market trends, competitors, and culture shifts relevant to Paragon's positioning.

8. Create short internal reports and benchmarks to support brand and project decisions.
9. Gather and analyze brand perception feedback (internal and external).
10. Track emerging global trends in design, sustainability, and real estate to inspire new brand ideas.

11. Support the VP with insight-based material for presentations and strategic discussions.

12. Executive & Project Support

13. Follow up on meetings, tasks, and deliverables with teams and partners.

14. Prepare concise summaries, reports, and timelines.
15. Help organize strategic meetings, workshops, and brand reviews.

16. Manage internal coordination to ensure deadlines and standards are met.

17. Communication & Presentation

18. Design and prepare presentations for executive and external audiences.

19. Support in crafting narratives, one-pagers, and announcement content.
20. Ensure consistency across all internal and external brand communications.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

You...

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, or a related field
• 4–7 years of experience in brand strategy, marketing, or research
• Skilled in Google Workspace, PowerPoint, or Keynote
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-collaboration environment
