Marketing, Brand & Creative Manager

About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on
Marketing, Brand & Creative Manager
to lead our marketing and branding efforts while actively working with a creative team. The role requires both strategic thinking and strong execution skills to significantly elevate our brand presence across digital and offline channels.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing & Branding

  • Develop and execute marketing and branding strategies to strengthen market presence.
  • Define brand positioning, tone of voice, and visual identity.
  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels.
  • Lead brand presence in events, activations, and offline marketing initiatives.

Creative Direction & Execution

  • Actively participate in creative execution alongside the team.
  • Guide and improve the quality of designs, videos, and content.
  • Lead photoshoots, video production, and content creation processes.
  • Review, refine, and approve all creative outputs before publishing.

Digital Presence

  • Oversee brand presence across social media platforms and the website.
  • Ensure consistency in messaging, visuals, and user experience.
  • Collaborate with performance marketing to align creative with results.

Requirements

  • +7 years of experience in marketing, branding, or creative roles.
  • Strong understanding of marketing strategy and brand building.
  • Hands-on experience in design, photography, and video production.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, After Effects).
  • Proven experience leading small teams and improving creative output.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and deliver high-quality results.
