  • Prepare, edit, and proofread correspondence, reports, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Act as a liaison between executives, staff, clients, and partners, ensuring effective communication and timely follow-ups.
  • Organize and prioritize incoming emails, phone calls, and requests, responding or redirecting as appropriate.
  • Coordinate logistics for meetings, conferences, and special events, including venue booking, catering, and materials preparation.
  • Maintain confidential files, records, and documentation in an organized and secure manner.
  • Assist with project management tasks, tracking deadlines, deliverables, and progress updates.
  • Support office operations by ordering supplies, managing office equipment, and overseeing facility needs.
  • Prepare expense reports, process invoices, and assist with budget tracking for executive offices.
  • Contribute to a positive office culture by supporting team initiatives and fostering collaboration.
Desired Candidate Profile
  • 1-3 years of proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or in a similar administrative role.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and office management software.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proactive problem-solving abilities and a high degree of initiative.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced office environment.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Professional demeanor and a commitment to delivering high-quality support.
  • Excellent command of English and Arabic, both written and spoken.
