Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Personal Assistant role located in Giza, Dokki. The Personal Assistant will manage daily administrative tasks, coordinate schedules and diaries, and provide executive-level support. Responsibilities include communication on behalf of the executive, managing appointments, maintaining records, and ensuring efficient day-to-day operations. Additional duties include clerical tasks and assisting in organizing internal and external meetings or events as required.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Personal Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance
- Strong Communication and Diary Management skills
- Knowledge of Clerical Skills and the ability to handle administrative tasks effectively
- Exceptional organizational and time management abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and other relevant software
- Ability to work on-site in Giza, with a professional and detail-oriented approach
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field preferred
