Job Responsibilities:


• Prepare site grading, drainage, and utility plan sheets using AutoCAD Civil 3D


• Apply redlines and prepare PDF submittals


• Organize drawing files and maintain CAD standards


• Coordinate with project manager and team members

Job Qualifications:


• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or a related field (preferred but not required if experience is

strong)


• 4-10 years of practical experience in site development, infrastructure, or utility design

Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D, including:


• Surface creation and editing


• Grading tools and contour management


• Alignment and profile design


• Pipe networks and labeling styles


• Sheet setup and plan production


• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow design standards and redlines accurately

Good English reading and writing skills (for plan notes, coordination, and project communication)


• Ability to manage time independently and meet deadlines while working remotely

Experience preparing:


• Grading and drainage plans


• Plan & profile sheets


• Utility layouts and details


• Familiarity with Google Drive, Asana, or similar project coordination tools is a plus


• Professional attitude and willingness to learn and grow with a long-term team

standards.


• Analytical Thinking: Understand grading and drainage logic, detect design conflicts, and

propose practical solutions.


• Attention to Detail: Consistently follows redlines, naming conventions, and layer standards

proactively if challenges arise.

Communication Skills:


• Can clearly exchange information through written notes, markups, and online

meetings.


• Team Collaboration: Works efficiently with remote project managers and other team

members using online tools.


• Adaptability: Quickly learn new design templates, workflows, and project types.


• Time Management: Prioritizes workload effectively and delivers on time without sacrificing quality.


• Continuous Learning: Keeps skills updated, especially in Civil 3D features, drafting

standards, and new design methods
