Location:- Obour – Cairo

Working Days:- Sunday- Thursday / 2 days off

Duties

  • Implement company talent acquisition strategies.
  • Conduct sourcing activities & develop selection tools in order to fill open positions.
  • Manage recruitment and selection processes (resume screening, screening calls, interviews etc.)
  • Reviewing employment applications and background check reports.
  • Represent company internally and externally at events with for networking and relationship building with potential candidate communities.
  • Create potential candidates pool to ensure qualified candidates remain engaged in current or future opportunities.
  • Create monthly reports on key talent acquisition metrics.
  • Updating the man-power plan with Division Heads.
  • Develop, implement, and oversee HR policies and procedures while ensuring compliance with all labor laws and regulations.
  • Manage complex employee relations, including conflict resolution and providing guidance on HR matters.
  • Implement and manage performance appraisal processes, track performance metrics, and provide feedback to employees and management.
  • Support organizational change initiatives and advise management on HR best practices.
  • Handling the monthly payroll.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and generate HR data and reports to support strategic decision-making.

Qualifications
: -

  • BSc degree in any related field.
  • Experience in all human resources functions not less than 3 years in the industrial field.
  • Demonstrated abilities in recruitment, and hiring the best qualified talents.
  • Strong knowledge by HR metrics & reporting.
  • Strong knowledge by local employment laws.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent command of English Language "Verbal & written".
  • Experience in HR software such as Odoo and ATS.
  • Excellent user of MS Office suite.
  • Obour city residents, or nearby places.
