Role Description
This is a part-time, on-site role based in Greater Kuala Lumpur for a Senior Human Resources Specialist. The role involves managing HR operations, implementing HR policies, overseeing employee benefits, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. Additionally, responsibilities include personnel management, improving employee engagement, and supporting a positive workplace culture. Close collaboration with various departments will be essential to promote efficiency and successful HR initiatives.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Human Resources (HR), HR Management, and HR Policies
- Knowledge of Employee Benefits and the ability to manage and improve benefit programs
- Proficiency in Personnel Management, including onboarding, performance evaluations, and employee relations
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Familiarity with labor laws and regulatory compliance
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or a related field
- Previous experience in a senior HR role is highly advantageous
