Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Engineer, based in Cairo. The Sales Engineer will engage in identifying client requirements, crafting technical solutions, and presenting tailored system proposals. They will collaborate with the sales team to achieve targets and provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support. The role also involves building strong client relationships, offering training, and troubleshooting system-related inquiries.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Sales Engineering and the ability to propose tailored technical solutions
  • Strong Technical Support expertise to address and resolve client system inquiries
  • Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and team members
  • Experience in Sales and Customer Service with a focus on building long-term client relationships
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field preferred
  • Ability to work independently while effectively managing time and tasks
  • Prior experience in light current or system integration industries is an advantage
