Talent Acquisition Executive

Job Purpose:
Responsible for driving the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring efficient hiring practices, strong candidate experience, and alignment with the company's workforce planning needs. The Talent Acquisition Executive will work closely with hiring managers and HR leadership to fulfill current and future staffing requirements while representing the employer brand effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment life cycle for various departments, from sourcing and screening to on-boarding.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements, create accurate and engaging job descriptions, and understand staffing needs.
- Conduct initial per-screening calls and schedule interviews while assessing candidates for role fit and cultural alignment.
- Lead salary negotiations and coordinate the offer process, ensuring internal equity and market competitiveness.
- Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (e.g.,
SAP SuccessFactors
) with job postings, candidate statuses, and hiring actions.
- Ensure a smooth and engaging on-boarding experience for new hires, including orientation sessions and policy communication.
- Design and deliver presentations (on-boarding) and training materials for new employee orientation.
- Represent the company at career fairs, hiring events, and social media platforms to enhance employer branding.
- Assist in executing the company's manpower planning by forecasting recruitment needs and aligning them with business goals.
- Organize employee engagement events and contribute to internal culture-building initiatives.
- Handle all recruitment documentation and ensure compliance with hiring processes and internal policies.
- Respond promptly to candidate queries and support them throughout the hiring journey to ensure a positive experience.

Education:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- HR certifications or Diploma is a plus.
Experience:
- 1–3 years of proven experience in recruitment or Talent Acquisition, preferably within the travel, aviation, or mass hiring.
- Experience with ATS platforms like SAP SuccessFactors is highly desirable.
- Prior involvement in on-boarding and employee engagement initiatives.
