Mashura is a company that specializes in providing all services related to personnel affairs, whether inside or outside the company, with government agencies (the Labor Office and the Social Insurance Office.

Job Location: Cairo, Heliopolis

We are hiring:

Hr. Personnel & Payroll

Responsibilities:

  • Receiving Social Insurance and Labor Office applications from clients.

  • Follow up on notifications of renewing employment contracts for employees from clients.

  • Preparing and reviewing Form 1,2 and 6 and submitting it to the Social Insurance Office

  • Creates, maintains, and updates personnel files in complying with the Egyptian Labor.

  • Dealing with government agencies such as the Labor Office and the Social Insurance Office.

  • Prepare social insurance records and maintain employee's files and insure fully meeting requirements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree.

  • 1– 3 years of experience.

-HR Diploma ( Personnel, Payroll ) is a must.

  • Preferably to live near the Heliopolis.

  • Good in English.

  • Good Command of Advanced Microsoft Office.

  • Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.

Working Conditions:

  • working hours: 9 am – 5 pm

  • Day Off: Friday – Saturday
