Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving revenue growth. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop strategies that align with our business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and networking.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to create effective strategies and campaigns.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to clients.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to inform business strategies.
- Track sales metrics and report on performance against targets.
- Attend conferences and networking events to promote the company and its services.
Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in business development or B2B Sales Position.
- Experience in Proptech, Software, Real Estate, Banking or Insurance is a plus. Proven track record of successful negotiations and closing deals.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
