Key Responsibilities:

  • Technical Design & Documentation:


• Develop precise 2D/3D technical drawings and models using AutoCAD and Revit, ensuring compliance with industry standards.


• Create and maintain BIM models, including Material Take-Offs (MTO), clash detection, and data-rich documentation.


• Prepare comprehensive supporting documentation (e.g., product specs, dimensions, installation guides).

  • Collaboration & Workflow Management:


• Coordinate with internal teams and external contractors to distribute drawings/models and resolve design conflicts.


• Revise designs based on client feedback and secure approvals through structured review cycles.


• Organize and archive project files (drawings, BIM models, documentation) for auditability and future reference.

  • Quality Assurance & Innovation:


• Lead QC processes by reviewing drawings/BIM models for accuracy, functionality, and adherence to project requirements.


• Propose design optimizations to enhance efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and constructability.


• Support marketing initiatives by creating visual content (e.g., renderings, videos) using Photoshop and video editing tools.

  • Project Delivery:


• Execute projects within budget and timeline constraints, prioritizing timely, cost-effective solutions.


• Leverage BIM workflows to streamline design-to-construction handoffs.

Technical Knowledge & Expertise:

  • Software Proficiency :


• Autodesk AutoCAD (3D) and Revit (advanced modeling, family creation, and documentation). Classified as Internal


• BIM Tools: Material Take-Off (MTO), clash detection, model coordination, and data management.
• Visual Media: Photoshop and video editing software for marketing support.


•Office Tools: Windows OS, MS Office, Visio.

  • Domain Experience:


• Demonstrated expertise in designing Security, AV, Electrical, or Telecom systems using Revit/CAD in complex environments.


• Portfolio showcasing BIM-driven projects with interdisciplinary coordination.
