Job Title: Act as Shop Manager – Orange Express (Obour City)

Employment Type:
Full-time – Onsite

About the Role:

We're looking for a passionate and experienced Sales person to lead our
Orange Express branch in Obour City.

You'll be responsible for supervising daily operations, managing the sales team, and ensuring excellent customer experience aligned with Orange standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.

  • Monitor shop performance, KPIs, and customer satisfaction.

  • Ensure proper implementation of company policies and visual standards.

  • Handle inventory, cash flow, and daily operational reports.

  • Support in training and developing sales staff.

  • Act as the main point of contact between the branch and area management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree (required).
  • 1+ year of experience as a Store / Shop Manager or 5+ years of experience in Sales
    (Retail or Telecom preferred).
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Customer-oriented mindset and problem-solving abilities.
  • Preferably residing in Obour City.
