We are seeking a highly experienced
Lead .NET Full Stack Developer
with
9+ years of hands-on experience
in building and delivering scalable enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in
.NET Core, Angular 4+, Microservices, and Docker
, coupled with strong leadership capabilities to guide development teams and drive technical excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design, development, and delivery of complex, scalable, and secure web applications.
  • Architect and oversee development of dynamic UI components using
    Angular 4+
    .
  • Provide technical leadership in designing backend solutions using
    .NET Core / C# and Entity Framework
    .
  • Design, develop, and govern
    RESTful APIs
    and
    Microservices-based architectures
    .
  • Lead containerization and deployment strategies using
    Docker
    (Kubernetes experience is a plus).
  • Mentor and guide junior and mid-level developers; conduct structured code reviews.
  • Collaborate closely with UI/UX, DevOps, QA, and product teams to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Optimize systems for performance, scalability, and security across the application lifecycle.
  • Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide high-level solutions.
  • Contribute to sprint planning, architecture discussions, and technical decision-making.
  • Ensure adherence to best practices, coding standards, and architectural guidelines.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, or a related field.
  • Minimum 9 years of professional experience
    in full-stack software development.
  • Advanced proficiency in
    .NET Core, C#, Angular 4+, and Entity Framework
    .
  • Proven experience architecting and implementing
    Microservices
    .
  • Strong hands-on experience with
    Docker
    and containerized application deployment.
  • Solid understanding of
    RESTful API design
    and enterprise application architecture.
  • Experience working with
    SQL and NoSQL databases
    .
  • Familiarity with
    cloud platforms (Azure/AWS)
    is a strong advantage.
  • Demonstrated leadership in guiding developers and managing technical delivery.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
