Position: Quality Assurance Officer

Location: 1st Settlement, New Cairo
Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Days Off: Friday & Saturday

With a strong commitment to innovation, sustainability, and operational excellence, we are expanding rapidly and seeking a dedicated and skilled Quality Assurance Officer to ensure our services and processes meet the highest standards of quality and compliance.


Responsibilities 

- Design, establish, and document company-wide Business Process Flows across all departments (Projects, HR, Finance, Procurement, etc.).

- Develop, update, and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

- Conduct workshops with department heads to gather current processes, perform Gap Analysis, and build improved workflows.

- Monitor compliance with approved processes and issue periodic performance reports to management.

- Coordinate with the ERP (Odoo) team to ensure business processes are accurately reflected within the system.

- Develop checklists, forms, and templates to support internal monitoring activities.

- Participate in training employees on newly implemented policies and processes.

- Promote a culture of continuous improvement across the organization.

- Report key observations, findings, and recommendations directly to top management.

Qualifications 

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Quality Assurance role.

- Experience in construction, manufacturing, or project-based industries is a plus.

- Solid understanding of Business Process Modeling and related tools (Visio, Bizagi, Lucidchart, etc.).

- Proficiency in both Arabic and English.

- Strong analytical skills and the ability to prepare clear, concise reports.
