EgyCham is hiring for one of our clients in Real Estate (Customer Service & Collection Specialist)
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service & Collection Specialist located in Cairo, Egypt. The role involves assisting customers with inquiries, resolving issues, ensuring customer satisfaction, managing collections, and maintaining high standards of customer experience. The specialist will handle customer communication via phone and other channels, process payments, and work closely with internal teams to ensure efficient operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in any related field
- Proficiency in Customer Support, Customer Service, and Customer Experience
- Strong abilities in managing Customer Satisfaction and handling inquiries effectively
- Excellent Phone Etiquette and verbal communication skills
- Problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach
- Proficiency in standard office tools and CRM systems
- Previous experience in a similar customer service or collections role is Real Estate
