About the Opportunity: Digital Transformation Project Manager

Your mission as a Digital Transformation Project Manager will be to lead and oversee transformative digital initiatives that align with the company's strategic goals. You'll work closely with senior management and cross-functional teams to plan, execute, and deliver impactful digital projects that enhance efficiency, drive innovation, and support long-term business growth.

Key Responsibilities: Strategy, Transformation & Project Execution

-Lead the strategic planning, implementation, and execution of digital transformation initiatives.

-Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with key stakeholders.

-Develop comprehensive project plans with clear timelines, milestones, and resource allocations.

-Oversee project progress, ensure adherence to deadlines, and manage risks effectively.

-Administer project budgets, monitor expenditures, and ensure alignment with financial objectives.

-Implement change management strategies to drive adoption and engagement across all departments.

-Foster collaboration among cross-functional teams for the integration of ERP, CRM, and HRMS systems.

-Conduct risk analysis and create contingency plans to ensure smooth execution.

-Maintain regular communication with stakeholders, providing updates on progress, risks, and milestones.

-Track KPIs and project outcomes, recommending process improvements when needed.

-Stay up to date with digital trends, tools, and technologies to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

Essential Skills & Qualifications: Leadership, Innovation & Digital Expertise

-Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field.

-3–5 years of proven experience leading digital transformation projects.

-Strong project management and analytical skills.

-Certified 
PMI-PMP
 (mandatory); additional certifications such as 
PMI-ACP
 or 
PMI-PBA
 are a plus.

-Expertise in ERP, CRM, and HRMS system integration.

-Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

-Strong problem-solving abilities and adaptability to fast-paced environments.

-Fluent in English.
