·      Prepare and maintain detailed site activity reports and documentation.

·      Manage and direct on-site personnel and subcontractors, ensuring smooth workflow.

·      Perform quality checks and inspections to maintain high standards.

·      Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations.

·      Troubleshoot technical issues and implement solutions efficiently.

·      Conduct regular progress meetings with site teams and stakeholders.

·      Maintain accurate records of work progress, material usage, and any changes made to project plans.

Education and Training

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, or a related field.

Experience

4+ years of experience in site supervision within the construction industry.

Skills and Knowledge

·      Strong leadership and site management skills.

·      Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and construction management software.

·      In-depth knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety protocols.

·      Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.

·      Strong communication, negotiation, and client management skills.

·      Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
